We currently offer two simple and secure payment methods:

• ✅ Cash on delivery (Available in Tetouan and nearby areas)

• ✅ Bank transfer (You will receive our account details after confirming your order)

📦 For orders outside Tetouan, a 500 MAD deposit is required in advance via bank transfer. This amount will be deducted from the total price.

🚚 Shipping Policy

• We deliver across all cities in Morocco.

• Delivery time ranges from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the location.

• We work with trusted shipping companies to ensure fast and safe delivery.

In Tetouan: delivery is either in-person or through our local agent
Outside Tetouan: delivery is done by courier after receiving the advance payment

🛡️ Warranty Policy

We guarantee the quality of our products:

• 🆕 New phones: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• 🔁 Used phones: 3-month warranty after thorough testing and quality checks.

Note: Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or liquid exposure.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only in case of a manufacturing defect.

• The product must be in its original condition and unused.

• To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp with a clear explanation and a photo of the product.
