💳 Payment Methods

We currently offer two simple and secure payment methods:

✅ Cash on Delivery (available in Tetouan and nearby areas)

✅ Bank Transfer (our bank details will be provided after your order is confirmed)

📦 For orders outside Tetouan, a 500 MAD deposit is required before shipping. This amount will be deducted from the total order value.

🚚 Shipping Policy

We deliver to all cities across Morocco.

⏳ Delivery time ranges from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination.

🚚 We work with trusted delivery companies to ensure fast and secure shipping.

Delivery in Tetouan

• Home delivery or in-store pickup.

• Free delivery.

Delivery Outside Tetouan

• Orders are shipped through a courier service after receiving the required deposit.

• Shipping fee: 35 MAD.

🛡️ Warranty Policy

We guarantee the quality of all our products:

🆕 New Phones: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

🔁 Used Phones: 3-month warranty after thorough testing and quality inspection.

⚠️ The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage.

• Improper use or misuse.

• Liquid or water damage.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only in case of a manufacturing defect.

• The product must be returned in its original condition.

• To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp with a clear explanation of the issue and photos of the product.
